When you download a reservation from the channel, it does not return the correct rate per day, but it averages it.
Siteminder sends the prices correctly, and avoris takes them and sends them to the hotel correctly, but when you make the dump it is not done correctly.
On the other hand, it does not load the name of the channel in the reservation, you have to edit the reservation and enter it manually as a company reservation and enter the corresponding agency.
I am waiting for you to tell me how to solve this problem.

Gracias por tu post, ante todo te pido que este tipo de mensajes los envíes al equipo de soporte. El portal de feedback fue creado para recibir peticiones de prestaciones nuevas.
Igualmente, te recomiendo revisar la guía de reservas, específicamente el apartado de Más acciones que te explicará como visualizar/descargar el XML de la reserva. En el XML encontrarás que no solo reflejamos exactamente lo que nos envía el channel manager en el detalle del precio por noche, sino que además corregimos el error que nos envían en los totales (93,36×6=653,52€, NO 653,54€).
