By adding a check-out button to the web app, customers could let us know when they have definitely left their room, and the cleaning department could come in immediately. This would mean we wouldn't have to keep an eye on check-outs in buildings without a reception (or even with a reception), or bother customers by knocking on their doors, and the room could be cleaned immediately to make the cleaning department's job easier. It's a way to further automate the team's work.
