Option to send the guest some kind of form or message for them to give us their email and update correctly by changing the emails given to us by the OTAS in order to improve the experience of sending emails with the Webapp and get more automation in the task, as many do not get them correctly through Booking or Airbnb

    Solicitado tambien con anterioridad, es fundamental. Booking aparte de “espiar” nuestra comunicación con el cliente, elimina los links, perjudicando al cliente al perder la opción de recibir WebApp con todas sus ventajas.

    Se debería enviar un mensaje automático a todas las reservas de Booking, Expedia, … solicitando introduzcan su email. Como no funcionará un link por email, quizás se podría automatizar el envío por whatsapp, sólo en estos casos en que no recibimos el real.
